Languages
A Showdini demo runs in any of the languages listed below. This page is the
reference for the code you pass as lang when sharing a link
or embedding a demo, and it explains what "supported" means for
each one.
Two things are translated separately
- The conversation — what the AI agent hears, says, and reads aloud, plus the narration and any wording the creator built into the demo. This works in every language on this page.
- The interface — the buttons, form fields, and consent line on the start screen. This is translated for English and Slovenian only. In every other language the conversation is localised but the surrounding UI stays in English.
The agent also follows the visitor: open the demo in de and the agent starts in
German, but if the visitor speaks French it switches to French on its own. lang
only sets the starting point.
Setting the language

An unrecognised lang value falls back to English.
